On May 12th 2021 we released an update that disables certain graphs and figures in user's Account, Listing, and Timeslot level dashboards for accounts with over 10,000 ticket sales. Sales numbers and revenue are still available via account and event level reports. This is a temporary change to reduce load times for users when managing events with a high number of sales. We intend to have full functionality restored for all users as soon as possible.
